Typically, you have to wait until the off-season to buy stuff on the cheap; but right now, you have the option to load up on discounted pieces you can wear today, tomorrow and for weeks to come. And yes, these aforementioned mark-downs apply to winter booties. So if you’ve waited all season to buy a new pair of adorable ankle boots—or if you’re just the kind of person who shops shoes whenever they have an excuse to—it’s about time you checked out the sales section.
