Edie Parker is seeking interns to support their New York office for the winter/spring term starting first week in January 2020.
We are looking for self motivated and enthusiastic interns with an interest in Design/PR. We’d like someone with an eye for design and have an understanding of Edie Parker’s aesthetic.
Requirements include:
- Strong organization and interpersonal skills
- Detail oriented.
- Tech Savvy.
- Knowledge of social media platforms, especially instagram.
- Must have Illustrator and Photoshop knowledge.
- Must be able to work 2-3 days per week or more, possibility of extending internship depending on performance.
- Work independently and outside the box problem solving.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist on creating graphics for social media platforms and e-commerce.
- Support Design team with updating and organize line boards.
- Assist with sample trafficking
- Assist with Celebrity/Influencer gifting
- Assist with PR events
- Format and log PR coverage using Photoshop
- Daily organizational office tasks.
- Handbag/Accessory experience is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: $15.00 /hour
