During the first weekend of shows at Coachella 2023, cowboy boots had a major moment. While fringe and Western-inspired ensembles — alongside throwback ’60s, ’70s and ’90s looks — remained quite present during weekend two, the most dominant trends we spotted were, without question, cutouts and crop tops.
Festival attendees didn’t shy away from showing some skin, or from getting creative while doing so. We spotted a wide variety of takes on these trends, ranging from laid-back and boho, to sporty and utilitarian, and even frilly and bubblegum pink (above).
