Graphic Designer — Duties & Responsibilities
– Edit and retouch agency digitals for models, ensuring natural, clean, industry-standard results.
– Maintain consistent visual style and quality across all digitals and promotional materials.
– Collaborate closely with the agency photographer during digitals (setup studio, download files, organize files)
– Prepare images for comp cards, website portfolios, social media, and client submissions.
– Create simple promotional graphics, layout designs, and branding materials as needed.
– Ensure all edited materials meet deadlines, especially for urgent submissions and castings.
– Communicate regularly with agents and the photography team to meet specific editing request or marketing packages.
Required Skills & Qualifications
– Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (retouching, color correction, clean-ups, skin tone balancing).
– Basic knowledge of Lightroom or similar tools for batch editing and workflow efficiency.
– Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced agency environment and respond quickly to deadlines.
– Strong visual judgment, attention to detail, and consistency in editing style.
– Ability to manage and organize large volumes of files.
– Good communication skills for working with photographers, agents, and talent.
– Experience or familiarity with fashion, modeling, or portrait photography (preferred).
– Ability to assist on set (lighting, simple equipment help) is a plus.
