Japanese fashion company, COMME des GARCONS is seeking a motivated and organized individual to provide support in the press department. The intern would be involved in all PR-related activities, including press sample trafficking, print/digital press archiving, showroom maintenance, research projects and general administrative duties. The intern will also assist with press projects related to Dover Street Market New York. Integration and involvement in the day-to-day activities of the department would be very high. This is a hands-on internship; candidates are expected to be detail-oriented, organized and have the ability to multi-task.
We are looking for a 3-5 day commitment through December, for immediate start. Hours and exact date range are negotiable. Fashion background and comparable fashion intern experience is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required; basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop preferred. This opportunity is unpaid and applicant must receive school credit.
