We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Wholesale Manager to join our team.
Role Overview:
The Wholesale Manager will be responsible for managing day to day correspondence with our accounts and building strong relationships with retail partners. This position is ideal for someone with deep industry knowledge, strong communication skills, and a passion for fine jewelry. The candidate will oversee account management, implement sales strategies and drive growth for our represented brands. This role is a hybrid of front facing and back-office responsibilities.

● Must have passion for fine jewelry
Responsibilities include:
● Manage and grow existing wholesale accounts and identify new opportunities
● Analyze sales data/market trends to guide strategic planning and identify growth opportunities
● Represent the showroom at trade shows, trunk shows and trainings as needed (travel involved)
● Enter and track wholesale orders
● Prepare, organize and manage collateral materials in Dropbox – including training documents, general brand info and imagery
● Work as the liaison between the brands and retail partners to manage:
o Shipping windows
o Outgoing shipments
o Data spreadsheets
o Production calendars
o Collateral materials
o Repairs
o Reorders
o Sample coordination for photoshoots
o Trunk show/Memo package calendar
o AP -invoicing and payment collection (work with accounting team for brands)
● Complete necessary excel spec spreadsheets that are required by retail partners
● Mange internal spreadsheets/database
● Organize and review monthly sell through analysis to ensure goals are reached
● Prepare showroom for market appts
● Responsible for booking teams travel arrangements and maintaining/organizing team’s calendar
Travel required:
● Couture Show in Las Vegas (June)
● Trunk shows as needed (to be discussed internally)
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s Degree
● Minimum of 4-5 years’ experience in related position, preferably in the fine jewelry or luxury industry
● Full time position
● Strong analytical skills with knowledge of retail math and sales
● Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing B2B
● Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
● High level of time management and organizational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities at once
● Ability to adapt appropriately to competing demands and shifting priorities
● Proficiency in Microsoft Excel a must
● Must know how to work on a MAC and use google sheets

Based on experience – highly competitive salary with performance-based bonuses
