Business Development, Marketing, and Sales Manager

Overview:
We are seeking a versatile and strategic Business Development, Marketing, and Sales Manager to oversee and drive growth across all business operations for the Chuks Collins and Tasou brands. This role encompasses a dynamic mix of responsibilities, including business development, direct-to-consumer (DTC) and wholesale sales management, digital marketing, social media, project management, and partnership sourcing. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and is passionate about fashion and brand storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Development and Sales:
– Develop and execute strategies to grow DTC and wholesale accounts, ensuring revenue targets are met.
– Identify new market opportunities and cultivate partnerships to expand brand reach.
– Build strong relationships with retail buyers, ensuring consistent alignment with brand values.
– Analyze sales trends and implement strategies to improve performance and profitability.

Marketing and Brand Strategy:
– Craft and execute innovative marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
– Oversee all digital marketing efforts, including social media management, email marketing, and paid advertising.
– Collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling content for campaigns, websites, and press outreach.
– Develop and manage storytelling initiatives that resonate with audiences and align with the brand ethos.

Project Management:
– Lead cross-functional projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
– Coordinate and manage events, product launches, and brand collaborations.
– Monitor progress on initiatives and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Communications and Outreach:
– Build and maintain relationships with retailers, press, and collaborators.
– Secure media placements, influencer partnerships, and sponsorships & promotional opportunities
– Serve as a point of contact for partnerships and external stakeholders.

Inventory and Operations Management:
– Oversee inventory tracking and stock levels, ensuring efficient fulfillment processes.
– Collaborate with production and design teams to forecast inventory needs.
– Optimize operational workflows to reduce waste and improve efficiency.

Qualifications:
– Proven experience in business development, marketing, and sales management (fashion industry preferred).
– Expertise in DTC and wholesale account management.
– Strong digital marketing and social media strategy skills.
– Exceptional project management and organizational abilities
– Proficiency in creative and marketing tools such as Adobe, Canva, GHL, Zoho Workspace, inventory management systems etc.
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
– A passion for fashion, storytelling, and driving impact through creative strategies.

Creative Operations Intern

Overview:
Support creative and operational tasks for the Chuks Collins and Tasou brands, gaining hands-on experience in design, digital marketing, and operations.

Key Responsibilities:
 Assist with design tasks (mood boards, tech packs, visuals).
– Manage showroom appointments, measurements, and garment alterations(not a must with alteration).
– Organize inventory and support order fulfillment.
– Create social media content, email campaigns, and website updates.
– Help with photoshoots, events, and content production.

Qualifications:
 Experience or coursework in fashion or design.
– Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Canva, and social media platforms.
– Basic garment fitting/alteration skills (a plus).
– Organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about fashion.
