Choosy is seeking a detail-obsessed, equal parts creative and analytical e-commerce associate to support its rapidly growing digitally native fashion business. The right candidate will be ready to roll up their sleeves on just about any task in a very fast-paced startup environment, with a desire to maximize traffic and revenue while maintaining impeccable brand standards.
Responsibilities:
- Own our digital storefront (via Shopify), including weekly updates of homepage messaging, merchandising of product listing pages, and styling suggestions on product detail pages, with a keen eye for trends and brand aesthetic
- Write product descriptions for all product detail pages, with strong consideration for SEO
- Partner with marketing and UX teams to develop and execute plans to increase traffic and revenue, site conversion, and customer acquisition/retention
- Monitor web analytics to optimize navigation, path to purchase, and checkout conversion
- Own weekly and monthly reporting
- Own email marketing administration, including resizing imagery, scheduling test sends, and maintaining lists
- Partner with marketing to develop and execute marketing calendar across email, social, paid, and site, ensuring cohesive storytelling and maximum inventory/revenue opportunity across all channels
- Monitor online and mobile shopping trends, maintaining a knowledge of competition and major opportunities in ecommerce
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in an e-commerce environment, with a focus on merchandising or operations
- Mastery of Shopify a must; expertise in Google Analytics, Klaviyo, and other digital analytics and dashboarding platforms also required
- Proven experience in managing productivity, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a very fast-paced environment
- Exceptional written communication skills
- Keen eye for visual merchandising
- Ability to effectively multi-task while paying strong attention to detail
- Fashion experience a highly-considered plus
