Job Title: Marketing Intern

Chillhouse has a hyper-engaged community and has been featured in top-tier publications such as Vogue, New York Times, Oprah Mag and more.
Job Description: We are seeking an eager, dedicated intern to support Chillhouse’s marketing team. The ideal candidate is interested in a career in social, brand, content or partnership/event marketing. The individual should be able to wear multiple hats and is great with organization.
● Support Marketing Team primarily CEO, Head of Marketing, Partnership and Events Manager and Senior Manger, Social and Content
○ Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events
○ Help with event logistics such as venue research, vendor management, and coordinating event materials.
○ Manage event registrations, RSVPs, and guest lists to ensure accurate attendee tracking, as needed
○ Help with day-to-day administrative duties, including scheduling meetings, taking notes, and preparing reports
○ Assist in the preparation and distribution of PR packages, ensuring accurate and timely delivery to media, influencers, and partners as needed
○ Support with rentals and deliveries as needed for eq, props and wardrobe for Photoshoots
Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
● At least 1-2 college internships competed
● Excellent communication skills
● Creative thinker with a keen eye for brand, design and aesthetics.
● Passion for beauty, nails and marketing
● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
● Must be located in NYC and work in our Soho office ~3 days per week
