What better way to kick off New York Fashion Week than with Charli XCX?
Before the Fall 2023 festivities officially begin, the singer got the party started at Saks‘ kick-off celebration on Feb. 8, in a nostalgia-infused, high-fashion look befitting a pop star. Stylist Chris Horan broke down the credits on Instagram: Charli wore a Ludovic de Saint Sernin Fall 2023 logo-print denim mini dress featuring a corseted front and a spliced skirt, plus a matching jacket, with tall black lace-up boots from the same runway and a Coach shoulder bag.
Taking the stage at the Jazz Club at Aman New York (opening song: “Boys“), the pop princess also bestowed upon revelers the perfect New York Fashion Week sentiment: “Are you ready for fucking fashion?”
