Chapter 2 is a leading communications agency with offices in NYC and LA. We work with an incredible roster of designers and brands, and are currently looking for PR interns to start immediately in both our NYC (Flatiron) & LA (West Hollywood) offices. Interns will be assisting with all aspects of company operations – events, sample trafficking, research, campaign shoots, and general office admin. Must be available 2-4 days a week.
Candidates must be organized, self-starters, detail-oriented, and excellent at multi-tasking and working in teams, as well as familiar with working in professional settings and events. Written and verbal communication skills are crucial.
NEW YORK OFFICE REQUIREMENTS:
- Passionate about the fashion industry and eager to learn more about fashion PR + Marketing
- Sample trafficking + inventory management
- Press coverage tracking/clipping
- Must be able to keep up with last-minute responsibilities and schedule changes
- Assisting in compiling reports
- Maintaining showroom organization
- Assist in press events + showroom appointments + Fashion Week
- Admin/assisting all team members
LA OFFICE REQUIREMENTS:
- Maintaining showroom organization
- Sample trafficking + inventory management
- Generally assisting all team members
- Assist in press events + showroom appointments
- Compilation and delivery of VIP seeding
- Assisting in research of influencers and influencer seeding
- VIP Press coverage tracking/clipping
- Researching & maintaining events calendar
- Enjoys keeping up with pop culture and placement opportunities
- Must have car & know their way around the Los Angeles area
Please note this is an unpaid internship, so academic credit is preferred.
LA office will offer gas mileage reimbursements for assigned drop offs and pick ups.
