This is a support role––candidates will see and learn a lot but must be comfortable in a fast paced environment and be extremely organized. You will be a key foundational piece of the styling team and be responsible for the high volume of samples we receive. team variety of needs, inclusive of managing a team of interns and office management.
The ideal candidate must be responsible, proactive, extremely detail-oriented, a true team player and eager to learn. This is a fast-paced and dynamic position, applicants must be able to stay focused under pressure, be comfortable being client facing and come with a can-do attitude. Hours will vary and include some weekends, early mornings, late nights, and travel will be required.
Responsibilities include
– Total ownership sample inventory, overseeing timely and daily deliveries, sample check-ins & returns at a high volume, assistance with look guide creation, assisting and attending client fittings, attending showroom appointments, liaising with PR and showroom contacts, maintaining styling team calendar and shared documents. This role will also oversee a team of interns for scheduling and task management and work closely with Styling Assistant and Market Assistant.
