Celebrities Shine Bright Like Bulgari Diamonds in Venice

While the 2023 Cannes Film Festival kicked off in the south of France, over in Venice, the stars were also giving what needed to be given on the fashion front.

On Tuesday, celebrities attended an event for Bulgari‘s Mediterranea High Jewelry collection. And let’s just say that brand ambassadors Zendaya, Lalisa Manobal (best known as Lisa from Blackpink), Priyanka Chopra and Anne Hathaway looked as dazzling as the brand’s jewelry.

Of course, at first glance, the eye-catching accessories steal the show, from Lisa’s pear diamond necklace to Zendaya’s diamond-embellished serpentine style. But then, you start to take in the rest of outfit — combine all those elements together, and it results in a fashion force that can’t be reckoned with.

Zendaya took a more subdued (but still highly glamorous) approach with a custom Richard Quinn gown featuring a sweetheart neckline, to really show off her Bulgari jewelry. Similarly, Lisa went with a black look, which had off-the-shoulder sleeves and a voluminous bow in the back.

Hathaway made a case for hooded dresses, a popular red-carpet trend among celebrities as of late. The actor channeled her inner goddess as she shined in a gold-sequined Atelier Versace gown, easily complementing the ruby-red Bulgari necklace.

Chopra held her own in a Miss Sohee set consisting of a dark red long-sleeve top and matching maxi skirt, which highlighted the multicolored jewels.

Each of these stars has already had a big fashion year. Zendaya is now an ambassador for Louis Vuitton; Lisa performed at Coachella with Blackpink in a range of looks that included custom Mugler; Hathaway’s the face of Versace (and was Donatella’s date to the 2023 Met Gala) and Chopra Jonas is entering a new sartorial era. We can only guess what they’re planning to wear next — perhaps a brief appearance at the Cannes Film Festival? (We’re looking at you, Miss “Dune.”)
