Position Overview
Cartolina is seeking a full-time keyholder to join our client experience team, based at the flagship store located on Madison Ave on the Upper East Side of New York City.
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic individual with a passion for the Cartolina brand who can offer an exceptional and personalized luxury retail experience in-store. This position will be responsible for handling a variety of front-facing duties, including interacting with clients in- store, as well as over email and phone.
Responsibilities
· Opening and closing the Cartolina store
· Ensuring the store is clean and organized
· Work directly with clients to create a memorable, personalized shopping experience
· Responding to emails and phone calls
· Offer an offline introduction to the Cartolina brand and products
· Help clients style Cartolina and incorporate it into their wardrobe
· Work closely with management to identify opportunities to maximize client experience
Requirements
· An enthusiastic individual with a passion for person-to-person interactions
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Personable and creative; able to problem-solve on the spot
· Attentive to details
· Has a friendly and energetic personality; cultivates meaningful relationships with clients
· Exhibits professionalism in all situations
· Has previous retail experience (at least 3 years)
· Available to work weekends, holidays and special events|
Compensation: $23 – $25 / hr, commensurate of experience
