We have an immediate opening for a freelance Account Coordinator or Intern with relevant internship or course study experience to join our high-performing team. This is an excellent growth opportunity for a quick-learning, multi-tasker who thrives in a roll-up your sleeves environment. Enthusiasm is a must and the right candidate will be self-motivated and resourceful, possessing excellent time-management skills and a serious attention to detail. We need a dependable, team-player who is eager to learn, highly-organized and has a positive attitude.
Strong writing skills, a knowledge of Muckrack and social media savvy are a plus.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Monitoring media coverage and creating press clips
o Using Google alerts / calendar reminders
o Monitoring social media
o Reading notable magazines, blogs, newspapers - Assisting with summary reports
- Sample trafficking and inventory management
- Maintaining calendars
- Providing support in compiling distribution lists for media outreach
- Internal office administration
o Answering phones
o Photocopying / Scanning
o Expenses
o Shipping / Messengers
o Ordering and organizing supplies - Event support
