Position: Senior Account Executive, Full Time NY
Qualifications;
● 3-5 years Beauty PR experience, agency experience preferred
● Solid press relationships
● Proven experience in securing press coverage, event planning, and strategy building
● Has pulse on industry trends, influencer space, and industry talent
● Ability to manage multiple clients in a fast-paced industry and environment
● Creative ideas, leadership, and strong organizational skills a must
Role & Responsibilities:
● Contribute to PR strategies across multiple accounts
● Own editorial relationships and press coverage for multiple accounts
● Assisting in client management
● Overseeing event planning ideation and execution
Compensation: $60k +, depending on experience
Position: Influencer Manager, Full Time NY or LA
Qualifications:
● 3+ years beauty influencer experience
● Solid influencer, artistry, and manager relationships
● Proven success in earned and paid influencer campaigns
● Press trip planning experience
● Has pulse on influencer leaders, rising stars, and a diverse lens
● Experience in building out influencer campaigns, events, and mailers
Role & Responsibilities:
● Build influencer strategies across multiple brands at various budget levels
● Map out paid partnerships – including partners, creative briefs, negotiations, contracts, campaign management and recaps
● Plan creative events and mailers including press trips
● Building out reporting and KPI metrics
Compensation: $60k+, depending on experience
Position: PR Assistant, Full Time NY
Qualifications:
● Previous PR agency internship experience required
● Knowledgeable in the beauty industry
● Organized, hardworking and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Role & Responsibilities:
● Assisting teams with a multitude of tasks including:
– Press clipping
– Awards submissions
– Mailers
– Daily product send outs and tracking
● Reports
● Keeping beauty closet organized and fully stocked
Compensation: $40k+, depending on experience Reports
