We are looking for a Public Relations (PR) Assistant to support our jewelry team with various tasks. Must have an interest in fashion/fine jewelry with good writing and research skills.
Responsibilities:
- Sample trafficking and inventory; handle jewelry loans/ returns for daily editorial and celebrity pulls
- Assist in tracking credits, media coverage and updating end of month reports
- Keep press contact lists up to date
- Keep calendars up to date
- Assist in organizing and execution of events, press days etc.
- Conduct research to support PR planning
