Autumn PR is a full service boutique public relations agency located in New York City, specializing in beauty and fine jewelry. We are looking for a Public Relations (PR) Assistant to support our jewelry team with various tasks. Must have an interest in fashion/fine jewelry with good writing and research skills. 

Responsibilities: 

• Sample trafficking and inventory; handle jewelry loans/ returns for daily editorial and celebrity pulls
• Assist in tracking credits, media coverage and updating end of month reports  
• Keep press contact lists up to date  
• Keep calendars up to date  
• Assist in organizing and execution of events, press days etc.  
• Conduct research to support PR planning
