Our platform enables consumers to buy directly from the private labels of the best factories in the world -who work with the likes of RRL, Prada, Arcterix etc- at a fraction of the price. Our goal is to bring luxury and high fashion designs to the masses by removing all intermediaries between the supplier and the consumer. The platfrom also leverages AI to help consumers find outfits they like, try them on their clones etc.
Position Summary
As the Senior Marketing Specialist at Atorie, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our marketplace through dynamic marketing initiatives. This position combines strategic planning with hands-on execution across digital platforms (e.g., TikTok, YouTube, podcasts, social media, and email) and physical mediums (e.g., promotional materials, events). Reporting to the CEO, you’ll work collaboratively with internal teams to enhance brand visibility, drive new customer acquisitions, and foster meaningful engagement within the community.
Key Responsibilities
● Influencer Partnerships: Identify, collaborate, and manage relationships with influencers and user-generated content (UGC) creators on platforms such as TikTok to amplify awareness, drive engagement, and attract consumers to the Atorie marketplace.
● Content Development: Lead internal content initiatives, including podcasts, YouTube series, and other multimedia formats, to communicate Atorie’s vision, highlight success stories…
● Strategic Marketing Initiatives: Collaborate with stakeholders to create and implement go-to-market (GTM) strategies that boost lead generation, awareness, and Gross Merchandise Volume (GMV).
● Campaign Development and Execution: Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and webinars, to engage and attract new customers.
● Thought Leadership: Develop thought leadership content such as case studies, promotional materials, and videos to showcase Atorie’s value proposition.
● Event Coordination: Plan and execute lead generation efforts during fashion weeks as well as at our space to connect with influencers.
● Analytics and Reporting: Utilize CRM tools to track, analyze, and optimize lead volume, conversion rates, and campaign performance. Provide actionable insights to refine marketing strategies.
Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience:
● 3–5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in e-commerce or marketplace environments.
● Proven experience working with influencers and UGC creators, particularly on TikTok or similar platforms.
● Strong understanding of digital media channels, including podcasts, YouTube, and social media platforms.
● Strong analytical skills to measure and optimize campaign performance.
● Proficiency in CRM platforms and marketing tools.
● Proven ability to achieve measurable results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Preferred Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
● Familiarity with industry trade shows and event marketing strategies.
Location: Ideally in person in LA
Pay
● $75,000.00 min – $90,000.00 depending on experience + Equity
