The Roles
● Style Advisors
– Sell Aritzia’s beautiful product while building lasting relationships with clients
● Service Advisors
– Process all Aritzia transactions while building lasting relationships with clients
● Inventory Associates
– Process all incoming and outgoing shipments while upholding Aritzia’s Everyday Luxury product displays
The Qualifications
The ideal Retail Associate has:
● A passion for Aritzia’s Everyday Luxury product offering
● A unique sense of style
● A strong knowledge of fashion trends
● The ability to work a minimum of three shifts/week, including Fridays and weekends
● The ability to work during the months of November and December, including holidays — Aritzia’s busiest (and most exciting) time of year
The Compensation
● Typical Retail Associate wages range from $20–30/hour
